Does my
shuttle or private transfer drop me off and pick me up at the door of my accommodation?
Yes, we drop you off and pick you up at the address indicated in your reservation.
How
long does the transfer take between Rzeszow Jasionka Airport and my accomodation in Rzeszow?
The transfer takes approximately 30 minutes.
How can I contact my driver?
The emergency number relevant to your destination will be printed on your
documentation. With regular questions about our services you can always contact our Customer Assistance Center.
How do I locate my driver or vehicle?
Once you have completed your on-line booking, you will automatically receive your voucher to your e-mail address and you can also print it right after the booking. The voucher gives you exact instructions for
meeting your driver or vehicle.
What happens if I cannot find
my driver at the airport?
Firstly call the telephone number indicated in your voucher, where our
advisors will direct you to your driver.
I have lost my luggage; can you collect it for me later?
All the airlines have handling agents. They will organize for any luggage to be
forwarded to your address.
I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact our Customer Assistance Center giving details of the transfer and the
missing items. We will then deliver them to you. In some circumstances a charge
may be applicable.
Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
On private transfers, infants and children do count as one person as they take
up a seat belt place. We recommend parents take their own child seats to ensure
adequate safety in foreign countries.
Can I have a refund?

Reservation - Can I change the date of my transfer?
Yes, you can use our MY BOOKINGS system where you can change your booking until 17:00 the day before your travel.
Reservation - Can I have a receipt?
Your email confirmation is your receipt.
When is the pick up time from my hotel, home, office?
The pick up time is advised in your voucher. You can print your voucher right after the booking.
What currency are your rates in?
All prices are quoted and charged in Polish Zloty (PLN).
Can I have the driver’s mobile number?
No. If you have any problem call the telephone number indicated in your voucher, where our
advisors will help you.
Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
All transfers are direct, door to door.
Does the driver speak English?
All drivers speak English. Occasionally we are obliged to use a
local taxi firm, in which case we cannot guarantee the driver will speak
English.
Do I have to share a vehicle with other people?
No, you will have a vehicle just for yourself and your fellow passengers.
How long will I have to wait at the airport? What about flight
delays?
Your private transfer will normally be at the airport for the scheduled
arrival time of your flight. We monitor flight arrival times so as to be
waiting for you when you arrive.
I have lots of luggage, a mountain bike, electric wheel chair etc. will
there be room?
Each passenger has an obligation to inform us of such items by email or fax
and we will make the necessary arrangements. However extra charges may be
applicable.
